3 tips to protect your skin in summer

Now that the summer holidays are on, our skin is no longer under the roof of the office and the sun can now reach your skin in all of its glory, and especially if you spend lots of hours on the beach.

  1. Sunblock

    In addition to applying your sunblock 15 minutes before exposure and reapply every two hours, this is the best time to show off your pamela or wicker hat you keep in the boot of the car.

  2. Moisture

    Avoid heat stroke or dehydration with this effective trick: drink water! Although it may seem obvious, high temperatures make us sweat more frequently and therefore lose fluids.

  3. Control your exposure

    The sun's rays are strongest between 9-10 am and 3-4 pm. In this moments guard your exposure and make sure you have reasonable protection.

BONUS: Use light clothing

In addition to keeping the body cool, if it completely covers you, you will help prevent direct exposure
